the staff was very helpful and friendly! the poolside bar had a wide selection of tasty dishes. the alcoholic drinks menu had some limitations, but it was still easy to have a good time. the security was good and i felt safe.
the restaurant was too noisy. hot food was often cold, i had to use a microwave sometimes. the pool area was too crowded, it was hard to find space.

the entertainment team was great. the food was always available. i also appreciate the different choices available.
the hotel is a bit tired. the rooms could do with some attention. the housekeeping staff are given a very short time to service a room. this resulted in missed cleaning.

the hotel's location is good. it is close to the beach with direct access through a gate. the food selection at the buffet was also great. i found lots of options.
my experience wasn't GREAT. the check-in process was slow. it took about an hour, and staff didn't seem concerned about the delay.
