helpful staff wide selection cold food crowded area
the staff was very helpful and friendly! the poolside bar had a wide selection of tasty dishes. the alcoholic drinks menu had some limitations, but it was still easy to have a good time. the security was good and i felt safe.
the restaurant was too noisy. hot food was often cold, i had to use a microwave sometimes. the pool area was too crowded, it was hard to find space.

great team enjoyable experience food choice tired hotel missed cleaning short time
the entertainment team was great. the food was always available. i also appreciate the different choices available.
the hotel is a bit tired. the rooms could do with some attention. the housekeeping staff are given a very short time to service a room. this resulted in missed cleaning.

watered-down drinks cafe food
i felt let down by a few things. the alcoholic drinks tasted watered down. plus i found the food at the poolside cafe pretty bad. it left a lot to be desired i think.

great food selection direct beach access slow check-in staff disinterest
the hotel's location is good. it is close to the beach with direct access through a gate. the food selection at the buffet was also great. i found lots of options.
my experience wasn't GREAT. the check-in process was slow. it took about an hour, and staff didn't seem concerned about the delay.
